Overview

FreeCronJob provides online scheduling, monitoring, and a self-hosted mail interface. This policy explains what information is processed when you use these services.

Information we process

We process account details you provide, service settings, scheduled-job configuration, execution logs, and basic technical information needed to secure and operate the service.

Google account data

When you connect a Google account to FreeCronJob Mail, Google OAuth grants the service access only after your consent. The mail interface uses that authorization to display, organize, compose, send, and manage email, and to read contacts used for addressing messages.

Google account credentials are not collected. OAuth tokens and mail settings are stored on the private server hosting the service and are used only to provide the requested mail functionality. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties.

Storage and security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect stored settings and authorization tokens. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

Service data is retained while an account or connection remains active and as needed for security, troubleshooting, and legal obligations. You can revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions and contact us to request deletion of stored account data.
